An AI helper inside your consult
Ask what the vet said, and it turns instructions into reminders. This is what happens each time it runs:
- 1Ask in the chat
During a confirmed consult, type @alunsina and your question. The pet owner turns assistant access on or off.
- 2It reads this consult only
It reads the text messages of this consult. No attachments, account details, or other chats.
- 3Answers with sources
A plain-language answer that links back to the exact messages it used.
- 4Suggests reminders
When the vet gives instructions, it drafts reminder cards with the details it found.
- 5You approve
Only the owner can approve, edit, or dismiss a suggestion. Nothing is saved without you.
- 6Added to your schedule
Approved reminders appear in Today’s Focus, and completed ones go into the health record.
The assistant explains and organizes. It does not diagnose, prescribe, set doses, or change appointments. The AI suggests; the app saves only after you approve.

Does the AI replace my vet?+
No. The AI pet assistant gives preliminary guidance with a severity level. For First Aid and Critical cases it points you straight to a vet.
Which pets can I add?+
You can register several pets, each with its own profile, logs, and health record.
Is my pets’ data private?+
Your login is encrypted, and a vet sees your pet’s records only when you agree to share them during a consult.
